POSITION PURPOSE:
A&H is seeking an Electronic Technician that is responsible for repairing customers’ equipment and has general product and equipment knowledge, strong electronic/mechanical skills with the ability to maintain a safe and clean environment. This position will directly report to the Service Manager and will need to obtain a professional work ethic with customers and A&H Team.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair standard electronic issues
- Understand and able to work with Inspection Software
- Diagnose and repair standard electro-mechanical equipment problems
- Knowledge of functionality and operations of equipment
- Assist department with various customer related issues (incoming calls, quotes, status of open jobs, etc.)
- Complete necessary paperwork as required
- Ability to read schematics for electronic equipment
- Assist parts department with research of component parts related to the repairs of inspection equipment
- Verify functionality of demo and rental inspection equipment prior to use
- Assist incoming call for trouble shooting related to customer issues
